This page explains what information the restaurant collects on this site, why, and how you can have it deleted.
What we collect
For a table booking: your name, phone number and email address, along with the date, service and number of guests. For a private event enquiry: the same information, plus a description of your event. For a message sent from the Contact page: your name, email address and message. Nothing else is requested.
Why
Solely to handle your request: confirming your table, preparing a quote, or answering your message. Your information is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
How long
Bookings are kept for three years, to maintain a record of our relationship. Contact messages are kept for one year. After that, they are deleted.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Simply call the restaurant on +33 1 47 00 17 18 or write from the Contact page. We reply within one month.
Cookies
This site places no advertising cookies and uses no tracking tools. Only your display language is remembered, for your convenience.
Where the data is held
Bookings and messages are stored on secure servers operated by our technical hosting providers.
